YES THE BOOK IS BETTER THAN THE MOVIE XD. I got four seconds into the movie and started laughing because of the poor quality. The deer didn't even look real in the first scene and I've seen more lively acting in zombie movies...from the zombies.

I haven't read twilight but have watched the movie. I liked the movie it's what drew me into the books. However I have read the last 3 books and honestly I think the books will be better than the movies simply b/c they don't ahve enough time to really go into detail to perfec tthe movie. but I do know its possible for the movie to be great if they really take the time to do it right.

I definately prefered the book to the movie. But at the same time I like the movie because it has the visuals and the sounds that you just can't create in your mind.

The meadow I created in my mind was much prettier then the one they portrayed in the movie!... but the baseball scenes in the movie were more visual then what I had pictured, though the movie scenes should have been longer, like the book.

The book is much better for me than the Movie...
The only thing I love in the movie is Bella and Alice.
I am not too addicted with Edward cos one thing i dont like on him is his paleness(i know he's a vampire so no wonder but...)
A lot of people are saying they would never be expecting for a next movie after New Moon cos it would only be the same story but just a diffferent POV from characters.

Now that I read the book I def have to say the book is better than the movie. They mess with too much when doing the movies they change/add/mix scenes and idk if I'm a big fan of that btu I LOVE the movie. I think all the actors portray the characters perfectly imo. After all if it wasn't for the movie I probably would have never read twilight.

The book, I mean because of theres good scenes they should not have cut out! Kind of made me angry.

Hell yes it is!! The book is way more better then the movie, it's so much more in detail! I actually cried on one of the chapters
