Default Your Perfect Edward?

Is Robert Pattinson your perfect Edward? He just doesn't do it for me. When I was reading the books I imagined Edward as being so gorgeous he's beautiful, yet still maintaining his masculinity. I imagined him as looking like Justin Hartley.

How about you?

I do think Robert is a good Edward. I don't know if I can picture anyone else as him now that I've seen him as Edward, lol. Everything just works in my opinion, from the hair, to the voice and the facial features.

At the time I was reading the book the movie was all ready to be released. I had seen the trailer with Rob and the movie really did look good, but I didn't know who he played in the movie. When reading the book I really couldn't picture anyone at all to play that part and do it well as he's such an integral character. After seeing the movie though I feel that Rob is the best choice for the part overall just on how he plays Edward. He's tall and lithe and muscular but not a gigundous monster full of muscles. Which is how I pictured him to be. Also he plays Edwards inner turmoil well too as Edwards loathes the monster that he is,but strives for Bella's sake to be good. I think Rob could master the voice as well with a little work and New Moon will definitely prove or disprove that.

Oh i actually think that Robert makes a real good Edward!
I already liked him as Cedric in the HP movie but he is even hotter in this movie!
I really, really think he is a good choice and I think he acts quite perfectly, but I guess I need to say that I first saw the movie and then read all the books, but still, he is pretty close to the description in the book (except the sparkling )

I don't know how I pictured any of the characters. =/ I think Rob did a decent job as Edward, but sometimes his British/English accent slipped through, and yeah, the sparkling part was really super lame. XD

This is who Stephanie Meyer wanted to play Edward. Henry Cavill from the Tudors. He is gorgeous IMO!

Hmmm..... Woulda been a much better Edward, I think. Although he'd have to dye his hair to a copper colour.

If he had played Edward, I would have that DVD playing 24/7.
